'Abnormal' is featured on Lizzy Borden's Appointment With Death album, available via Metal Blade Records.
Borden told BW&BK recently that he calls the album “traditional Lizzy. As always, there is a theme and this one is death. The artwork (courtesy of Ralis Khan) on the front sleeve depicts me as an Angel Of Death character. The term "‘death’ refers to the end of something, so that allowed us to work with a broad brush.”
Musically the album seems heavier, especially in the guitar area. “Our guitarist, Ira Black has brought that heavier element to the band, and in addition, the whole band pitched in on the writing of the band, bringing many different ideas. Additionally, we had a number of guests on this album from a wide variety of metal backgrounds, so their ideas come from all over the place.”
