METALLICA's new single, 'The Day That Never Comes', hits the airwaves tomorrow.

A message from the band states: "Tune into your local radio station, Metallica.com or Mission Metallica, to listen to 'The Day That Never Comes', the first featured track from Death Magnetic. It all starts tomorrow, Thursday, August 21st at 11 AM (PDT).

More than just a taste . . . coming very, very soon!"

Metallica recently finished mixing and mastering Death Magnetic which hits the streets worldwide on Friday, September 12th. The album was produced by Rick Rubin (SLAYER, RED HOT CHILI PEPERS) and recorded at Sound City Studios, Shangri La Studios, and the band's very own HQ.
