The Metal Gathering Montréal 2008 is set for November 15th at La Place À Côté.

According to a press release, special guests include Tim "Ripper" Owens (ex-JUDAS PRIEST/ICED EARTH singer) and Martin Popoff, world's best known METAL journalist and critic! The senior editor and co-founder of Brave Words & Bloody Knuckles (BW&BK) magazine, he has additionally written over twenty books that both critically evaluate heavy metal and document its history. The Montreal based rock band Potion 13 will be the opening act.

Ripper and Martin will take part in a Q&A and an autograph session. Then Ripper will play a special show for the Montréal fans!
