Finland's BATTLELORE have announced a new tour date for their homeland. They will play in Lappeenranta on August 7th at Pusupuisto with EXSECRATUS and RE-ARMED as support. Their schedule is now as follows:

As previously reported, Battlelore recently completed work on their new album, The Last Alliance, which was mixed by the legendary Dan Swanö (EDGE OF SANITY, HAIL OF BULLETS, NOVEMBERS DOOM). The limited edition version of The Last Alliance will include a bonus DVD that features the band's performance at the Female Voices Festival 2007. Expect The Last Alliance to be released in the fall via Napalm Records.
