Took them long enough! VH1 is finally doing a "Charm School" show for the old dirty hos of "Rock Of Love."

Sharon Osbourne will act as headmistress (a la Monique) on VH1's "Rock of Love Girls: Charm School" set to premiere in the fall of 2008. Osbourne will teach Bret Michaels' rejectees how to act like a lady.

"Sharon Osbourne is undoubtedly one of the most successful women in the industry and truly an icon in the rock world. We knew she would immediately capture the imagination and attention of our cast and our audience," said Jeff Olde, EVP Programming & Development, VH1. "Not only is she a true master at the art of the business, but Sharon is a master at the art of being herself and we are thrilled to have her spearheading this show."

Ha! 'Cause she did such a good job with that delicate daughter of hers. Didn't I just see a picture the other day of Kelly Osbourne stumbling out of some club all wasted and pantyless?

The winner of "Charm School" will receive $100,000.
