Diminished Fifth Records has announced that it will be working with Moncton, New Brunswick’s IRON GIANT on releasing their second full-length album Creator Of Scars, the follow up to 2002’s, No Longer Sleeping (12th Planet). According to a press release, "the band which needs no introduction in the region have been tearing up stages for years with their brand of no class, heavy ass, white trash, rock-n-roll! For those not yet familiar with the Giant, you best hold on to your fucking hat! their SABBATH meets MOTÖRHEAD monstrosity is the heaviest of the rock with enough ball-rumbling groove to get the whole room going. Since recording Creator Of Scars the band has redefined their guitar prowess with the addition of Marco Gervais (replacing original axe-man Derek Robichaud who recorded on Creator Of Scars) and have most recently added Shaun Crawford (Gallactus) on second guitar to bring a whole new sense of harmonic destruction to their sound."
