It was reported yesterday (December 7th) that DIVINE RUINS had fired guitarist Sean Noone. BW&BK has since received the following message from Noone explaining his side of the story:
"I'm sure you do not get involved in 'he said she said' type discussions on your website, but thought you might like to know the truth about what happened. I was not let go for my inabilities or unprofessional behavior. In fact, parting ways was my decision and Ronnie (Stixx) begged for me to stay in the band. The statement posted by Ronnie is just the rantings of a very upset individual. I have attached an email that Ronnie sent to me yesterday. Please read it and then decide for yourself who is unprofessional. Ronnie also makes his intentions clear regarding robbing me of my credits and royalties. Having this letter posted and embarrassing Ronnie is not my intention, but rather to warn you of the type of person you are dealing with. He obviously sees no problem with using your website and good name to spread slander and lies. I am extremely happy with my decision to part company with the band and look forward to the future with renewed vigor."
Keep metal alive,
Sean Noone
BW&BK has decided not to print the email Stixx reportedly sent to Noone, as we are not a tabloid. Suffice to say, there are two very different sides to this story.
