AYREON, the project of Dutch guitarist/composer Arjen Lucassen, has issued the following update:

"Please have a listen to the sample of the tenth vocalist who just completed the recording session this week.

Once again the sample contains the bare minimum in musical accompaniment and as always you're welcome to play along in the guessing game on our messageboard.

Other vocalists scheduled to appear on the CD, tentatively due late 2007/early 2008, include former THE GATHERING singer Anneke van Giersbergen (AGUA DE ANNIQUE), Jonas P. Renske (KATATONIA), Jorn Lande (MASTERPLAN), Tom S. Englund (EVERGREY), Ty Tabor (KING'S X), Magali Luyten (VIRUS IV), Simone Simons (EPICA), Liselotte Hegt (DIAL) and Lucassen himself.

A total of fifteen singers will appear on the album.
