Last week, Bloodstock Open Air organizers announced the dates for next year's event: Friday, August 15th through Sunday, August 17th, 2008 at Catton Hall in Derbyshire, England. Early ticket information has been revealed: "Buy your Bloodstock Open Air 2008 Tickets at this year's price (£61.00) until October 31st 2007. After October 31st tickets will rise to £85.00 each for a full weekend plus camping. Car parking tickets will be need to be purchased at the festival. We had hundreds of e-mails from metal heads that wanted to attend this years 3-day with their children and therefore we have now introduced a structured tier scheme, that would mean children from 0-4 years will get into the festival for free and children between 4-12 years of age will pay £41.00 per ticket."

The final day of Bloodstock Open Air 2007 is on now (August 18th) at Catton Hall in Derbyshire, England. Today's lineup includes: IN FLAMES, ARCH ENEMY, SABBAT, DREAM EVIL, FINNTROLL, LEGION OF THE DAMNED, BENEDICTION, FREEDOM CALL, RISE TO ADDICTION, BEYOND ALL REASON.
