Down - the acclaimed New Orleans-based band featuring CORROSION OF CONFORMITY guitarist/vocalist Pepper Keenan, drummer Jimmy Bower (EYEHATEGOD, SUPERJOINT RITUAL guitarist), bassist Rex Brown (ex-PANTERA), guitarist Kirk Windstein (CROWBAR), and vocalist Philip Anselmo (SUPERJOINT RITUAL, ex-PANTERA) - have scheduled the release of their long-awaited third full-length album, tentatively-titled Down III, on September 25th via the Independent Label Group (ILG) - a label comprised of Warner Music Group's Asylum Records, East West Records and Cordless Recordings.

The album was produced by Warren Riker (CROWBAR, SUBLIME) and was recently mixed at an undisclosed studio in Hollywood.
