Anyone remember the W.A.S.P. incident in Scottsdale Arizona last fall? The one where Blackie Lawless was allegedly involved in some less than law abiding activity? And threw a temper tantrum too, well guess what? Blackie Lawless (real name Steven Duren) was charged with misdemeanor assault. This is a criminal charge. It would have been a felony if the victim sustained serious bodily injury or it was done with a dangerous weapon. The pre-trial conference is on January 26, 2006.
