The self-titled Device debut album will be released April 9th via Warner Bros., with the first single and video, 'Vilify', set to come out February 19th.

Special guest appearances on the album include:

Terry "Geezer" Butler (BLACK SABBATH)
Glenn Hughes (DEEP PURPLE, BLACK COUNTRY COMMUNION)
M. Shadows (AVENGED SEVENFOLD)
Serj Tankian (SYSTEM OF A DOWN)
Tom Morello (RAGE AGAINST THE MACHINE)
Lzzy Hale (HALESTORM)

The live incarnation of Device will include drummer Will Hunt (EVANESCENCE, BLACK LABEL SOCIETY) and guitarist Virus (DOPE).

Despite the metal pedigree of those involved with Device, Draiman insists, "It's not metal. It's influenced by early Industrial rock (NINE INCH NAILS, MINISTRY) and has a dark electronic vibe. At the same time, these are big, anthemic, and intensely melodic songs. It's futuristic rock."

In the video below, courtesy of Artisan News, Draiman talks about the inspiration behind his new industrial project, Device, and the role FILTER's Geno Lenardo and the film Underworld played in its creation.
