Due to frontman Michael Kiske coming down with the flu, UNISONIC were forced to cancel their scheduled German concerts in Langen (November 9th) and Ravensburg (November 10th) as the special guest of GOTTHARD. Michael was fighting the symptoms of the illness for days, leading to the loss of his voice during the show in Hamburg last Sunday. His bandmate Kai Hansen spontaneously took over the lead vocals for the rest of the songs, so the band could finish their set.

In order to avoid a long term damage to his voice, the doctors instructed Michael to rest until his full recovery. The band hopes to be back on track for the shows in Bamberg and Munich.

The band has issued the following update:

"Michael is almost recovered from the flu and he's getting better every day. So we will be back on stage for the last two shows in Bamberg and Munich on Friday and Saturday. See you out there!"

16 - Bamberg, Germany - Stechert Arena
17 - München, Germany - Zenith
