According to the Associated Press, the drummer for rocker TED NUGENT has changed his plea to guilty to operating under the influence of intoxicants following a joyride in a golf cart after a concert in Bangor, Maine.
A lawyer for 55-year-old Mick Brown (ex-DOKKEN) entered the plea on Tuesday. Brown also was fined $1,000.
He was accused of stealing a golf cart from a concert venue and driving recklessly on a footpath after Nugent's concert on July 8 on the Bangor waterfront.
WABI-TV reports that as part of the plea deal, three other charges - driving to endanger, theft and assault - were thrown out.
