“Here’s a photo at the Paramount Theatre in Seattle yesterday.
As a teenager I saw T REX, QUEEN, RUSH, MOTT THE HOOPLE and KISS (Just to name a few ) there. I was so lucky to see these bands before they made it. At the time they were not considered cool and critics were destroying them left and right in reviews. We were a young group of kids that believed in rock n’ roll no matter what we were being told. This is also the first place Mötley Crüe played when we played Seattle in 1984 (at my request of course) and standing in that lobby yesterday brought back so many great memories. I learned a lot in the mid '70's from these bands but the biggest thing I learned was to ‘Follow your heart’...Thank you Seattle...”
