“I just want to thank all the Death fans that were supportive of the Death To All Tour," says Elliott. "I wasn’t sure how people would take someone besides Chuck playing these songs but people were very supportive. I’m obviously not trying to replace Chuck, just pay tribute to one of my favorite bands for a good cause. The people that realized this had an amazing time sharing in Chuck’s memory and music at the shows.
Getting up on stage with these incredible musicians and playing those songs for people that love Death as much as I do, was an incredible and surreal experience that I’ll always remember. I’d like to thank Sick Drummer Magazine, the Schuldiner family and estate, all the crew on the tour, and all the crazy fans that came out to the shows."
