According to Stourbridge News, musicians are being invited to get free help in their quest for success from MAS Records, whose patrons include LED ZEPPELIN frontman Robert Plant, who is launching a project to track down new bands to benefit from their experience.

The company will be holding an open day at Base Studios in Stourbridge on Saturday July 14 for singer/songwriters, or original bands, to talk about their future in the music business.

MAS already has funding for its Band Development Programme; so the not-for-profit company is able to help artists with free recordings, rehearsals, marketing, mentoring and management advice without charging for its services.

The MAS Band Development Programme Stourbridge open day at the Rufford Road studios will get under way at 1pm.
