Riverside, California-based progressive death metallers ARKAIK have issued the following update:

"Unfortunately our current bass player Eric Cohen has decided to pursue other interests and will be leaving Arkaik after the Bloodletting Tour. We are sad to see him go but we must move forward. We'd like to thank him for everything he contributed to the band.

Therefore we are now holding auditions for a new member who not only can play the material but someone who can bring something new to the table!

Requirements:

Must be available for touring immediately
At least 18 years old
Must play 5 or 6 string bass
Must have own equipment
Laid back personality (no douche bags!)
No girlfriend drama bullshit

We have a lot of awesome touring opportunities coming our way and we need someone who wants to tour, travel and make music their life. All in all we are looking for a likable personality that is 100% down to help take Arkaik to the next level.
