FINNTROLL frontman Mathias "Vreth" Lillmåns spoke with MetalAssault.com when the band hit the House of Blues in Hollywood on April 25th. Vreth discusses touring with fellow Finnish bands for what he called "their best ever North American tour," new album Nifelvind, release plans for their first ever live DVD, experimentation with weird instruments, Finnish folk Humppa, having former vocalist Katla as lyricist, and upcoming tours. As previously reported, Night Of The Vinyl Dead has released a limited edition version of Finntroll's Midnattens Widunder album (300 hand-numbered copies only) on stone-coloured vinyl. The title was previously released on CD only through Spikefarm Records in 1999.
