Calgary-based KOBRA AND THE LOTUS released their debut album, Out Of The Pit, on March 9th. Produced by IRON MAIDEN producer / engineer Kevin Shirley, the album includes a cover of MOTÖRHEAD's 'Ace Of Spades' featuring TRIUMPH guitarist Rik Emmett handling the leads.
