Guitarist "METAL MIKE" CHLASCIAK (HALFORD, PAINMUSEUM) has entered the studio to begin recording his new solo release titled The Metalworker. 9 tracks are being completed for the effort, which is being described by Mike as "a record that I simply needed to make”.

Metal Mike’s last solo based studio album under the moniker Metal Mike’s PainMuseuM, You Have The Right To Remain Violent, was released in 2006 via C.M.M. Entertainment.

The follow-up to 2005’s Metal For Life (C.M.M./ Demolition – Universal), You Have The Right To Remain Violent was a special edition enhanced CD release that included bonus material as well as music video, gallery and a special message from Mike.

Several song titles to appear on The Metalworker”include 'Don’t Shoot The Crown', 'Tonight We Ride', 'Grand Tourismo Berlinetta', 'On Leather Wings' and 'Sever The Gods'.
