A California beach house once owned by former VAN HALEN singer SAMMY HAGAR is for sale.

A rustic getaway with a staircase that descends onto the Pacific sand, home has uninterrupted ocean views and a historic quirkiness reminiscent of older Malibu. The 5,000 square-foot beach house is surrounded by trees and Nantucket-style gardens. The $10.9 million (US) estate has polished teak floors, hand-carved structural beams and four “artistic” fireplaces.
