HELLOWEEN, KROKUS, BRAINSTORM And More - Holiday Knockout In Karlsruhe, Germany

Nothing says December in Germany more than what's become the annual Knockout Festival, in Karlsruhe's Europahalle (December 15th). As opposed to the previous three, 2012 was almost exclusively homegrown talent, including opening Swabian locals BRAINSTORM, old school BONFIRE, rising newcomers POWERWOLF, the lone foreigners on the bill (down the railroad tracks, from Switzerland) KROKUS, longstanding international sensations HELLOWEEN, debuting two new tracks from Straight Out Of Hell and headliners, the uniquely Teutonic sights and sounds of IN EXTREMO.
