Bang Your Head!!! 2012 - Pre-Show And Day 1: Raining, Blood

July 12-14, the annual Bang Your Head!!! show was held in Balingen Germany (including Friday the 13th!), playing host to countless varieties of metal, but most significantly JON OLIVA'S PAIN, who performed the classic Hall Of The Mountain King album, upstarts like VANDERBUYST, POWERWOLF and Swedish glamsters CRASH DIET, as well as old guard like DIAMOND HEAD, ARMORED SAINT, THIN LIZZY, BONFIRE and the headlining VENOM, who performed in a rain storm. In between there were some of today's strongest names: ARCH ENEMY, a pyro laden set from KAMELOT and FIREWIND. That was just on the first day! A full report will be online soon.
