Bang Your Head!!! 2008

This year's instalment of the Bang Your Head!!! festival took place June 27th - 28th in Balingen, Germany. BW&BK's roving scribe/photographer Mark Gromen checks in: "They say politics makes strange bedfellows? Well consider the plight of new YNGWIE MALMSTEEN singer Tim "Ripper" Owens, hanging backstage at the annual Bang Your Head festival, alongside his last two employers, ICED EARTH and JUDAS PRIEST! All these bands could have headlined the event themselves (and most already have done so). Here's a few shots of each. A second gallery, featuring the remaining bands will be posted shortly."
