I remember...

...but I forget what happened.

I had an in-grown toenail and covered it up with a bandaid. I took a picture of it and it grossed a LOT of people out. I never understood why it was gross since you couldn't see the blood or anything. Oh well.

Lots of great moments already mentioned. I've been here since around June 2001, I've got lots of memories of this board man... tons...

Circa 2001-2003

I remember the Four Horsment of The Crapocalypse, I think they were Firefarter, Crimson Idol, vinnepinnetje, and darksoulstress. I think they had this toilet paper thread that was pointless and like 20 pages long (back then it was a record). I read the whole thing and remember thinking to myself: "These guys are awesome". The 4 of them would be online like mon-fri, 9-5 kinda deal. Firefarter and Crimson Idol called each other lots of names back and forth back then.

Christcrusher was this big black metal guy back then it was more kvlt than now, less fans, so he stuck out and seemed so bad ass. His posts were cold and grim and he wouldn't hesitate to shit on you.

Moderators were Metal Demon from Saskatchewan and Featherfall from Nova Scotia. I remember them being pretty level headed mods, very cool. I remember Featherfall talking about "Dead Silent Slumber" as being THE SHIT. So I bought the album, I still love it.

Then I remember in 2002 when FIS first arrived and he is probably still to this day the funniest member in Braveboard history. Well, him and T-Rab. Well there's many other funny ones.

I remember T-Rab talking about his uncle telling him he looked like Peter Ustinov, that cracked me up.

BlackRoseImmortal VS Firefarter around 2002 was legendary. I mean they were killing each other it was fun to read and most of the time hilarious.

The most I have EVER laughed to this day on the Braveboard

Vintress (who was kinda nuts) posted this thread about a game where you name different types of food. She had this long explanation for the thread and basically all you had to do was name a food, and not name the same food twice. She was really adament about not naming the same food twice. So she was like:

I was at work when it happened and fucking tears were running down my face.

I was around less and less every year, being involved in the local Maritime scene for a couple of years, getting a girlfriend, etc. I remember Mosh and Venom they were awesome and hilarious too. There are so many more great moments but I'm realizing this thread is getting long.
