there's a few observation decks.. there's an outdoor section, but there is wire mesh all around it.. there's also the skypod which is another 100 m higher than the regular observation deck. but it is all enclosed as well.

yeah, I know, I appoligize, I was just hanging out with her at the WOTA concert tonight. Can't get back with her now though, not a good time. But yes, those memories on the CN Tower were definitly a blast. Good times
