Worf-K'Ehleyr sex - that I can believe. I'd pay money to see it. Worf-Troi sex...I don't buy it. Not in the way I don't buy a chemistry-less, random, and possibility-ignoring pairing nobody was asking for like Kira and Odo; I can believe that they hit it off well enough that they're game for a fling.
What I don't buy is that they'd last long before Troi ran out of the room with a terrified look in her eye after the first time Worf tried talking dirty to her. And I don't see them even getting that far - her empath powers would be all "He's hiding something...holy shit he wants to (whatever it is Klingons do)! That's it, I'm going back to the tender snuggles of Commander Alaska."
Picard had like...one fling with an archaeologist, right? This guy is married to his ship, and he is monogamous enough that the only time-outs are when he's on vacation.
Lwaxana is in a bit of the same boat as Tasha - she gets to be sexual, but doesn't get to do it with dignity. We see far more men repulsed than we see intrigued by her flirtations. Almost definitely  but like Darcy pointed out, when Worf gave Wesley advice it seemed like the Klingon females were the more sexually aggressive ones, and I dunno, something about his manner around Troi makes me see it as believable. He just wants to tenderize her, y'know?  I'll definitely have to come back to you on Picard because I'm almost positive his count is a bit more impressive than that, but I do agree with you about Lwaxana... /doesn't get much nerdier than this does it
