I do have a status card, I just happen to hate random people bothering me no matter where I go for a cigarette. 99% of the time it is a native asking me. They even come and poke me in the back well I clearly have my headphones blaring to ask me...

My computer crapped out yet again a couple of days ago, and I'm worried I'll have to get a new hard drive. I've gone through 3 or 4 in the past couple of years, and I have no clue why. I keep having to spend money on repairs and it pisses me off. I'd really like to get a new computer, but I just can't afford one right now. It's rather frustrating.

There's a really bad one, named Floyd, that tends to hang out by the post office in my town. I used to do the mail run at my old job, and ran into him often. His thing is telling everyone that walks by that it's his birthday and he needs money. He tried that on me about 3 days in a row once.

I've got a pretty nasty cold and sore throat going on right now. I absolutely hate being sick.

as for things i hate.. i met this annoying piece of shit at the bar a week or so ago. i'm drawing at the bar and he come sup and goes "ooo what are you drawing/ can i see?" to which i reply "sure i guess. i'm just doodling." so he starts asking me all these questions to which i reply "it's really just a hobby, if work comes my way cool, but i'm not really looking for a career in art." so then he starts talking to me about how he went to art school and he has been paointing murals all across the US and blabbity blabbity and i just want to work on my fucking drawing.. but i'm patient. and then he tells me he wants to be an art teacher. and i go "in portland? good fucking luck with that!" and he tells me "no, i'm from Ohio." and i'm all "well, that's nice." and then he proceeds to condescendingly critique my shit, so get a little rude. and he's like "well, you're sitting at a bar, by yourself, drawing. i just assumed you wanted to talk. it's not every day i get to talk to people at the bar about art stuff." and i was like "i'm friends with the bartenders, i have friends outside smoking, and i'm not sitting here drawing for your or anybody else's attention. in fact, mostly i just want to draw, by myself.." and he sulks and fucks off. comes back halfg an hour later to tell me i was being rude to him. i say "i know, it's because i don't want to talk to you." he goes "wow! that's harsh!" and i said "i KNOW. it's because i DON'T WANT TO TALK TO YOU." to which he oes "it's just that i'm a really nice guy so i'm not used to gurls talking to me that way. usually they tell me i'm too nice. it's kind of refreshing." and i go "That's nice, i'd really like to get back to what i'm working on." and he goes "i thought you weren't too serious about this stuff?" and i say "dude, i dont want to talk to you." and he goes "wow you're mean. it's kindof a neat way to flirt." and i go "I AM NOT FLIRTING WITH YOU. I DO NOT WANT TO TALK TO YOU."


so he comes up to me a week later at the bar, again. in the past week he's fund my art page on facebook (i had given him the link in conversation so it wasnt too creepy) and i'd taken a look at his stuff. from what i saw, it was mediocre. still posting his fucking art school crap (you know, still life of his hand and shit like that. gradient exercizes). he come sup to me at the bar and says "hey, i checked out your work. some of it is pretty good." i say "thanks." he goes: "yeah, if you need any help with your colour work let me know." i just goggle and say "excuse me?" he goes: "you know, colouring your pieces, if you want any tips, send me a message." i said "thanks but i'm pretty happy with my colour work the way it is." and he fucked off.

fucking hell. if you want tips on how to be a creepy, condescending, douche bag... talk to this guy.
