I get those too, and it really sucks. It usually happens when the weather gets really cold for some reason.

I am also part of the can't fucking sleep alone party. When Greg does night jobs I lay in bed watching How I Met Your Mother for hours. And if Jaime happens to wake up, I put her in bed with me. I don't feel so alone

Sometimes, when I'm getting ready for work, I put socks on before underwear, and I swear to you no matter what happens that is the most uncomfortable moment of my day. I can't do it. Socks and no undies is physically painful.

Thanks. I've had clinical depression for years now. I'm being treated, and have learned to cope with it for the most part. I still have days where I feel like complete shit though. I was having one of those days when I made that post.
