I'll only really be there for Saturday, and I'll be drinking all day/night at the family dealie so thankfully the boredom factor won't be an issue.

Really though, who would willingly move there, and why? I get it that some people grow up there, just because people fuck and kids are gonna get pooped out wherever the parents happen to be. But to make a conscious decision to move there? Sweet jesus, why?!

i got my boyfriend a nerf gun for xmas... but after ordering it i realized that having a nerf gun and a brother only a year older than you without one to share would be kindof lame... and when the nerf gun arrived it was kindof small.... so... i ordered another one. it just arrived and it's fucking huge. i'm going to be away when my bf opens this shit but he is going to be really fucking happy. they're gonna shoot eachother up like little fucking kids

Well, that family xmas was awesome
A cousin pulled my brother and I aside and gave us each a half ounce of some very nice smelling pot. I haven't had herb in ages, and I'm sitting here looking at the biggest fucking bag of pot I've had in years. The best part? I was going to be buying some green in the next few days to make sure that my buddies and I are covered for Meat Christmas in a couple weeks. Now I don't have to!

Nice cops!

I have never had anything close to a positive experience with cops.

I got pulled over early Saturday afternoon, and he clocked me at 108 in an 80 zone. He asked his questions (why were you speeding, where are you going, etc) but didn't give me a lick of attitude. Completely polite and nice enough guy. He had me dead to rights, so it's not like I can possibly bitch about him pulling me over.

To top off being treated like a human being by a cop for once, he knocked the ticket down to 90 an an 80. Only a $40 ticket, and no points. I have no idea why he gave me a break, but I've never appreciated a cop so much in my life.

I'm always polite and nice to cops, even when they're dickbags. But this guy was real cool right off the hop. He almost laughed when he asked for my registration/ownership and I told him I'd have to reach for the glove box to get it. He was just one of those guys who you could tell was simply doing his job, and didn't have any preconceived notions or negativity going in. I wish all cops were like him. The fact that he gave me a break on the ticket is just the icing on the cake.

I like that the company Christmas party is Friday. Glad that it's Friday and not Saturday so I can just leave after work and then not have to worry about it the rest of the weekend. I also like it because I enjoy watching people, who usually try to act like they're better than me, act like complete drunken fools. Oh, and the food is pretty solid.
