I've been making the massage bars and lip balms/scrubs and stuff at LUSH and some of the stuff we use smells/looks good enough to eat! makes me miss working in a kitchen, where things were actually edible. thinking of making cupcakes today, though...anyone have idea of what kind i should make?

Can I just say Toronto cuisine rules? $16 lobster dinner with guy lan and pickled beets and artichokes, followed by cardamom/maple/gin cocktail, followed by lavender lemonade, accompanied by pristine popcorn from a cinema machine, capped off by Moet et Chandon.... We are officially spoiled in this town. Nom.

I hear ya. You have to be careful with it though. You can put too much on, and mess up your meal.

 Re: Food Obsession and Randomness!
This stuff (with a couple habaneros and green chillies for flavour) wins chili cookoffs.

I bought a package of steamed salted baby squid today in chinatown. I have no idea what to do with them. I also bought a big tuna loin that I plan on thawing and eating it all raw!
