You're right I've never tried them or seen them before as a matter of fact! If I can find them anywhere will give them a shot!

 Re: Food Obsession and Randomness!
Ah yes, the one-pan skillet chocolate chip cookie: 8 tablespoons butter 1/2 cup brown sugar 1/2 cup white sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 egg 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour 1/2 teaspoon baking soda 1/4 teaspoon salt 1 cup chocolate chips --Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. --Melt butter in an 8 inch cast-iron skillet at medium-low heat on the stovetop. I just used an oven-safe frying pan (at least, I hope it's good for the oven - it has metal handles instead of plastic ones, at any rate). --Stir in sugar and vanilla, remove from heat. Leave for about 3-5 minutes to let it cool down a bit. --Add egg, mix well. --Add flour, soda and salt. mix well. --Add chocolate, mix just a bit. --Put whole pan in oven, bake for about 15 minutes, or until starting to turn golden. --Cut as you would a pizza-pie, serve warm with vanilla ice cream.

Have any of you tried that civet cat coffee? I am so curious as to whether catshit coffee tastes better than normal coffee....

 Re: Food Obsession and Randomness!
Last night's burger patties, you are going to become this morning's brunch.
Any resistance will be met with melted cheddar, a fried egg, caramelized onions, salt, and pepper, in that order. Is that understood?

I've got to work today, but when I get off tonight, I'm going to make some meatballs and some homemade tomato sauce. I will have a most triumphant pasta.
