Re: A few thoughts on this weekend (Now with PIcs)
I've tried write down some thoughts of the weekend this morning and words can't even begin to express how amazing it was for me. Everything was perfect and I think it's exactly how Adrian would have wanted it. There was a lot of laughter, lots of tears, endless hugs and an unbelievable amount of love. It was a truly unforgettable weekend. It was an absolute pleasure meeting some of you for the first time, to reconnect with a lot of you again and to finally bury the hatchet with others. I tried to introduce myself to as many people as I could but I know I missed a few of you (which is something I'd like to change in the future..... along with meeting the ones who couldn't make it). JSW, thanks for coming out early and showing us around the area. It was great hanging out, seeing the HHoF and sharing a kick ass lunch together. Robo, extra thanks for you pulling me aside and answering my question about blastbeats! I totally forgot I asked that question! Lynn and Birdog, it was an absolute pleasure spending time with you guys (and thanks again for the victory beer! ). I can't believe I missed Lynns speech on Saturday though. April, you're the best. Such a tiny bundle of energy but your heart is a thousand times bigger than the infamous Robocookie. Zeke, Protag and Claymore, as always, traveling with you guys is a joy. Everything is easy and most importantly FUN. Metal_King, Metalshock, it was great seeing you guys again and getting some more time to talk than we did in the past. Venom, great meeting you in person finally. Kinda funny seeing so many Brians in one place too! BCTW and BB, see? I'm not always a jerk! (I'll check out those bands you talked about and congrats again). Fireflower, thanks for the beers, the hugs and the tears. Auciello, I'm really happy we had some time to talk. I'll definitely be in touch. Medusa, I was crushed when you told me your plans had fallen apart and you wouldn't be coming. Seeing you walk in made a great day even better. Damn, I know I'm forgetting a million other things, so....... ......to all the rest of you that I haven't mentioned, I just want to say THANK YOU. Every one of you made an impact on me this weekend. Whether it was a few words, a lengthy conversation, a raised glass or just a passing smile, you all helped make the weekend perfect. So until we meet again, Cheers!! Brain (Release)

Brian, It was great to meet someone I have respected on the BB for years. We have had our differences lately, but it is all good! I enjoyed meeting you and hanging out!

Re: A few thoughts on this weekend (Now with PIcs)
Love your pictures Lynne and I SO wish I could have been at the Rancho with you guys.
I was VERY honored to meet you and your boyfriend.
Go back and slap KRP for me now. I know he couldn't make it for valid reasons, but I am sure it is fun to smack him regardless.

You absolutely did not even when Patrick agreed to put my iPod in his portable system (no, this is not inuendo). Must have been difficult especially when a Cal Tjader tune came on. On the other hand I had a few tirades but otherwise how we anyway have known it was me? Oh yeah that's right, the age factor. Young at heart though eh? BOOP!
