Tulus is bottom-tier black metal, at best.

Re: Braveboard Top Albums of 2007
Biography Obscene is fantastic, far more appealing than most of what is passing for black metal anymore for me.

I guess the DHG wasn't voted much higher because: a) They're nowhere near as known as some other bands on the list b) Not as advertized as other stuff c) It's a pretty niche album Honestly, my top album of the year isn't even on the fucking list, even though it's a work of genius. It doesn't matter what other people think of what you like, man. Enjoy what you enjoy

I personally think the new "Infernally Sodomized Frost Goat" EP should have made #1, but I'm such a "real" metalhead only me and 2 of my friends have heard it.

It took me five days trudging blindfolded, led by a black-garbed guide through the forests of Carpathia, but I was able to hear this kVlt work in a secret cabin with no eastern wall. After listening to it on a phonograph player hidden down a well in the cabin, the EP was then locked in an Immortal lunchpail and brought via submersible to the wreck of an old viking ship deep in the waters 150 miles off Ulstein, Norway. No one will ever hear it again. To even want to hear it is to be a poseur.
