Numen Wraith. wrote: By the way, my copy of Bloodbath has a 2005 copyright. Is that just the NA edition or is it actually an 05 disc that some how everyone else missed on their list?
The North American release was February '05.
The European release was September '04 (and my disc of the year last time 'round).
Too bad it -- like Behemoth's Demigod -- was a release split between '04 & '05. Those discs didn't get the credit they deserved in year-end lists because of the lag in release dates.

Umm....i thought it was just like Damnation and Deliverence...so, I think it all the same. I'll leve that up to you. I didn't mean to come off as too picky, its all jsut to make my job easier in the end.

that reminds me of someting i wanted to ask.what do we do with albums that were released in 2004 but came out in North America in 2005(like Isa)? do they count or not?
count it. I usually just look at the back of the album and if its says 2005, i count it.

Not in ANY particular order....YET
Nile - Annihilation of the Wicked
Kreator - Enemy of God
Behemoth - Demigod
Opeth - Ghost Reveries
Cryptopsy - Once Was Not
Naglfar - Pariah
Bolt Thrower - Those Once Loyal
God Dethroned - The Lair of the White Worm
Gorerotted - A New Dawn for the Dead
Oh, and I DID like, a lot, in fact: Six Feet Under - 13
Thinking about throwing in Paths of Posession - Promises in Blood ...
and even though I haven't listened to it yet, I did love the songs from this album when they did them live, so I will put Exodus - Shovel Headed Kill Machine on the list for now, since I know I will be pleased with the album and play it over and over again once I get it.
and I have others that I will add to the list as well...just have to narrow it down. Going through all my cd's and finding a ton from 2004 and 2003...ugh.

I'll count it as one in that case, once I figure out my list. It really is one album, it was just released in halves.
Narrowing this down to 15 is gonna be tough
