Such a sad day when they started buying skinless breasts. Ya silly! Togarashi is Japanese! I swear though, every single person in this resto/bar and patio was Japanese except for me, and then the white twinks on a date who arrived after me and stayed strictly to beverages. These folks were very into the food.

But if they aren't shakn'bakn the things with Togarashi (or panko crusting them) then they don't know what the fuck they are doing. Ask a fat (or getting fatter) NAmerican what to do! And if he knows what he's talking about, he says, "Shakn'Bake the fuckers with Togarashi and serve with Ranch!!!!" ...and the ranch is only optional and highly unneccesary if seasoned properly!!! I'll show you! If you don't believe me!

 Re: Food Obsession and Randomness!
I have discovered the be and end all of homemade breakfast sandwiches. It’s basically a breakfast grilled cheese. Cut up some onions and peppers, and cook those with some meat. Breakfast sausage, bacon, ham what ever you like. Scramble one egg and mix it in with the veggies/meat. Butter two pieces of bread on both sides. Put a piece of cheese on one piece of bread, put the egg/meat/veggie mixture on top, and top that with a bit of hot sauce and a second piece of cheese before putting the other piece of bread on top. Cook it in a skillet like you would a grilled cheese.
You end up with an awesome egg sandwich with cheese all melted through it. You could choose to be boring and not add meat, veggies or hot sauce, but that’s not how I operate. It’s great, but it’s also probably so bad for you that you wouldn’t want to eat it all the time

I got a grilled cheese with bacon, lettuce, tomato, and mayonnaise at 5Guys yesterday, which got some weird looks from the people making it.

 Re: Food Obsession and Randomness!
I have venison and wild duck breasts at home. I really, really like duck but I've never enjoyed venison as much as I want to. Looking for new ways to cook both. I made a separate thread in The Tavern but no responses so far... help please!!
