I was on a patio hunt and found a place populated only by Japanese people. I seriously had COLD deep fried chicken skin drenched in vinegar. Can you say cold sour rubbery high fat purgatory? Great patio though....

PS I also had deep fried chicken gizzards. Rubbery, high fat, no flavour. Welcome to Japanese bar food in Toronto. Gross, underwhelming at best.

My new addiction.

I have recently got an addiction to Popcorn Indiana popcorn. I had the Dark Chocolate Chip, Cinnamon Sugar, and Bacon Ranch flavours. Holy fuck!! Sooo good!!!

Bought a bison steak at the taste of the kingsway fest today, can't wait to fire this baby up

Wtf do Japanese know about serving chicken skins? The cold part is fine. The 'with vinegar' part is just wrong. Ask a fat North American what to do with them.

.........You shake n bake the fuckers and season them with togarashi. Then you eat with ranch or hot sauce or whatever you like while you watch football.

I used to have the kitchen staff at the Hotel Fort Garry save the skins for me from the chicken breasts so I could serve these yummy treats to my friends on Sunday. Such a sad day when they started buying skinless breasts.
