Anyone here ever try chicken hearts before?

Just had one of those for dinner.

I always add some more cheese, but those are the frozen pizzas I like most.

They're so good!

I don't know why either. I think its the crust with those.

what do you mean chicken heart paprikas?

Last couple meals have been really good:

Made a delicious Thai Green Curry Chicken
and
made a nice couscous with assorted veggies (zucchini, peppers, onion, mushrooms).

chicken hearts braised in a paprika sauce, sometimes i make it spicy with either hot paprika or cayenne pepper. can be served with polenta, egg noodles, mash potatoes or bread.

I'm jealous with all the pizza talk over the last couple of pages as great pizza is one of things I miss about Toronto. Pizza here in London is absolutely abhorrent and finding a slice, let alone a decent slice, is nigh on impossible.


@ SMiss: This may have been posed to you before, but what do you think of putting together a BB cookbook? Have people contribute a couple of unique recipes.

Lately I've done my by slow frying them in a pan from frozen. I only pour water over them to break them up just prior to putting them in the pan. I toss them in a pan on medium. Once they're about half way done (which isn't long) I've been tossing a fair amount of tarragon and mustard powder onto them with some white wine. I'll add a bit of chicken stock mix to that and then add some water with some dissolved cornstarch to thicken. I usually do mine with a broad noodle of some kind or mashed potatos. Sooooo gooood!!

Out of nowhere, I decided to make some Finn Pancakes for breakfast this mourning. Even went as far as to go to the Mac's to get eggs.

Had just enough real maple syrup left as well, my apartment is going to smell delicious all day.

Fish day!! I bought 2 beautiful bits of haddock to be breaded and shoved in the oven. NOM!

Just made a giant pot of chili for a wedding I'm going to on the weekend...bride and groom get to keep the pot.

Veggie pakora with mint chipotle sauce is to die for. One day i'll learn to cook both myself.

Veggie pakora is dead easy if you're happy deep frying. Get thee some gram flour and you can make pakoras out of virtually anything!

Apparently,a lot of people at the wedding didn't get any chili because it was devoured so quickly...damn,should've made a double batch.
