Gah.
How did Redemption and Threshold score so low, but Dream Theater score so high?

Overkill would have made my top 25. I have not heard the next 2 and Nuge is not one of my favorites.

Re: Braveboard Top Albums of 2007
I thought it was a great year for metal-- but not thrash...
I dug about half of Immortalis, and forgot the other half....
I have 44 from the final list.

Great to see Pig Destroyer and Primordial so high, but the first two did nothing for me. Also I find the lack of Turisas, Dekapitator and Gorefest disturbing.

92. Cephalic Carnage – Xenosapien oh well, thats the beauty of opinions. For me this is a shoe-in for the top 20 easily. nice work, I appreciate the effort/time you put into that list.

I certainly rate the Nile and Pig Destroyer, PD being by far the best. Not listened to the DEP album yet. Likes the Dthrone, was quite disappointed by the rest.

I have #14, Sigh - Hangman's Hymn, from that list. That is all. I'm still buying albums from 198_.

Re: Braveboard Top Albums of 2007
Thanks LOAF! Great work, as usual I'm a bit surprised to see that Cobalt only ended up at position #99, but I guess I should be happy that at least it's there. It ended up at #3 on my list and I think that it was #2 for Arck. Are we the reason it's listed? Great list anyway, much more surprising (and better) than the BW&BK one.

Re: Braveboard Top Albums of 2007
I think it speaks to the genius of the group that Radiohead placed just outside the top 50 and they're not even a metal band. (I haven't heard the album, but despite the hype I respect the shit out of Radiohead)
