I want to use Spotify, but not from my laptop. I want to use it on my phone so I can have some tunes going at work. For some reason, there is still no Spotify in Canada. The metal selection on there is supposed to be pretty damn respectable, but it's not even an option right now. Ridiculous.

There is a internal battle between our two supervisors at the two locations and I'm being asked by both of them to pick their side, also a crazy bitch who works at the 2nd location is causing all kinds of hell right now. Just fucking leave me out of it, all I want to do is do my job and go the fuck home... I have no personal interest in these petty high school-like squabbles.
Thank fuck I work midnight's by myself.

Otherwise I'd have my ipod going all day, no doubt about it. I did spend awhile listening to an Ari Shaffir podcast today, so at least that's a solid alternative

Re: HATE THEM Why the hate for Spotify? I use the free version and its pretty great. They have a great collection,I play songs from extreme metal to acoustic jazz based on my mood. It doesn't lag or skip. Very convenient little tool.

Re: HATE THEM I've tried both and prefer the sound quality and feature set on Rdio, but I don't 'hate' Spotify. I suggested it because it's actually available as a paid service in Canada, while Spotify isn't. At the end of the day, he gets a platform-agnostic streaming music service; the only major differences would be the library (and both are practically the same, they have a few gaps here and there) and the interface.
