I had tickets for the show last time they were supposed to play Toronto, but JB went fucknuts and imploded the band before the show could happen. I really hope they come back

I will attend the Portland show.

One of my favorite bands plays four days on the other side of the continent. Very cool.

I'd love to see this band. Hopefully they get some Canadian dates

As was seen, there are more dates than just West coast although I find it interesting when East coasters who always get these mini tours get a little upset about having to come to this side of the country.

I am considering Oakland and/or LA. I would try Portland but work night.

Either way I'd have to travel, but god forbid I should want to save thousands of dollars. Yeesh...

where do you live that it would cost you that much for maybe a night or two at any one city? small town with only dustcroppers to connect to bigger city.

Gas is mega expensive and combined with hotels and food and shit.. Yeesh.. Flying is even worse. Flying out of Toronto is a fucking JOKE. Might as well give 'em a limb

And yeah, when I do see these mini west coast swings, it's usually pretty fucking cool bands. If i recall, it hasn't been too long since you guys received Vassafor and Diocletian.

Now I forget that the midwest gas prices for a change are larger than us out West so I will give you that and I know first hand the Toronto plane prices as I would be up there far more often if semi lower.

Dude, NEVER fly out of Toronto if you can avoid it. The airport is a nightmarish clusterfuck, and yeah, the rates are an absolute joke. Fuck Air Canada, and fuck West Jet, too. Drive to Buffalo and fly from there. It's ridiculously cheaper, and the airport doesn't seem to bring up the urge to pack a cattleprod just to help move aside the mass of drooling humanity that congregates at Pearson. That said, security agents are a little less cunty in Toronto compared to Buffalo.

I don't drive yet Still my G1.. He's been too "busy" to teach me to drive. I'm going to kidnap his credit card and go down to young drivers real soon.
If I wasn't getting married this summer and a wee one, I'd seriously fly out to Portland from Buffalo.
